Informatics Merseyside (IM) is the main provider of IT support for our staff. 

You can log a new job with the IT Service Desk or track the progress of an existing job by visiting the IT Service Desk’s Self Service Portal via the button below or click the ‘Self Service’ icon on your computer's desktop.  From here, you can also live chat with an IT Engineer.
